The Executive Office of Immigration Review will no longer implement the planned upgrade to their hotline number protocol.  The upgrade would have required callers to input the date of the charging document in order to access information about a person.  This would have imposed a significant hurdle for attorneys, family members, and even the client themselves from accessing case information.
